Your Impact

As the BIM / VDC Manager, you will:

  • Lead a firmwide digital design (BIM) team to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery

  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, seed files, and element libraries

  • Establish and enforce digital data management and model coordination standards

  • Align BIM execution plans with project scope, schedule, and budget

  • Audit compliance across active projects and report findings to leadership

  • Collaborate with Marketing to integrate client-focused BIM/VDC strategies

  • Provide structured training and mentorship to architects, engineers, and designers

  • Troubleshoot BIM challenges and support project teams in meeting deadlines

  • Monitor emerging BIM, VDC, and digital construction trends and recommend strategic upgrades

  • Build partnerships with vendors specializing in 3D scanning, digital fabrication, and model-based workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in an AEC firm environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Collaboration for Revit

  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling workflows and BIM project execution planning

  • Experience configuring and optimizing BIM software environments

  • Autodesk certifications preferred

  • Excellent leadership, training, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel within California as required
