A leading multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking a Land Development Project Manager based in New Jersey.

Responsibilities
- Manage civil/site land development projects from proposal through completion
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and QA/QC processes
- Coordinate with internal disciplines, consultants, and municipal agencies
- Prepare and review proposals, contracts, scopes, and change orders
- Attend client meetings, public hearings, and municipal board meetings
- Serve as an expert representative during entitlement and approval processes
- Monitor project financial performance, billing, and receivables
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Participate in strategic business development and networking initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required in New Jersey
- 10+ years of experience in land development
- Strong experience with commercial and public-sector development projects
- Proven project management and client management skills
- Strong understanding of risk management, contracts, and project delivery
- Ability to mentor and lead technical teams
