This pivotal role involves overseeing the design and implementation of building systems within large-scale MEP projects, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, driving project delivery, and maintaining client relationships, all while upholding the highest standards of professional engineering practices. - Must possess a PE (Professional Engineer) license and extensive experience in electrical design, particularly within MEP or consulting engineering environments.
- Proven leadership experience as a Manager, Director, Lead, Principal, or Head in engineering or electrical design management roles.
- Strong background in Electrical Engineering with specialized knowledge in building systems and electrical distribution.
- Excellent project management skills, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
- Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities, capable of coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and with clients.
- Detailed understanding of local codes, standards, and best practices applicable to building electrical systems in the Jersey Shore region.
