What You’ll Do:

Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of commercial and industrial projects

Design steel, concrete, and masonry buildings, both new and existing

Lead project teams, ensuring budget and schedule goals are met

Develop technical proposals and support business development efforts

Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams

Utilize industry-standard software (RISA, AutoCAD, Revit, RamSS, Etabs, Enercalc, etc.)

Maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal teams
-
Travel as needed to support project delivery
What You Bring:
-
BS in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
-
10+ years of structural engineering experience
-
Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) registration
-
Experience with steel, concrete, masonry, and light-gage steel or timber design a plus
-
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
-
Ability to lead interdisciplinary project teams and mentor junior engineers
-
Local regulatory experience and industry involvement are a plus
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $120K–$200K depending on experience

Paid overtime at 1.0x hourly rate
