Principal Structural Engineer – Miami, FL
We’re looking for a Principal Structural Engineer to lead and grow an established Miami office for a respected firm. This isn’t a behind-the-desk leadership role—you’ll be out front with clients, projects, and your team.
What you’ll do:

Lead day-to-day operations and shape team culture

Build and manage key client relationships
-
Oversee project delivery, QA/QC, and technical design

Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff
-
Drive business growth across South Florida
What you’ll bring:
-
15+ years of structural experience in Florida
-
Florida PE (or ability to obtain)
-
Strong track record in project delivery and business development
-
Expertise in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood
-
Proficiency in ETABS, RAM, RISA, and Revit
-
Deep knowledge of FBC, IBC, ASCE, AISC, and ACI
-
Confident, collaborative leadership style
