Are you an experienced Project Delivery Manager in the San Jose / Silicon Valley market with a background in managing complex A/E design projects?

This leadership opportunity focuses on hyperscale mission critical projects, working across global owner teams, interdisciplinary design partners, and large technical programs from concept through construction administration.

Location: San Jose, California
Travel: Domestic & occasional international
Salary Range: $150,000 – $210,000 (based on experience, licensure, and project complexity)

Your Impact

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the primary client contact for hyperscale-level projects

  • Lead interdisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and specialty consultants

  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and invoicing across the full lifecycle

  • Prepare and negotiate scope and fee proposals

  • Coordinate global stakeholders and Owner teams

  • Develop and monitor detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project

  • Manage risk and escalate issues strategically

  • Oversee financial performance, invoicing, profitability, and cash flow

  • Drive successful execution of multi-year contracts

What You Bring

  • BA/BS in Engineering or Architecture

  • 4+ years managing A/E design projects (6+ preferred)

  • Experience managing hyperscale or mission critical projects strongly preferred

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination ability

  • Experience managing multi-discipline teams

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

  • Licensed PE or RA preferred
