Location: Bethesda, Maryland (Hybrid – 3 days in-office recommended)
Salary Range: $70,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)

Your Role

As a Structural Revit Technician, you will:

  • Develop and maintain detailed structural Revit models for mission critical and data center projects

  • Produce construction documents, structural drawings, and coordinated BIM deliverables

  • Collaborate with structural engineers to model steel, concrete, and foundation systems

  • Coordinate models with MEP and architectural teams in a multidisciplinary environment

  • Support clash detection and model integration processes

  • Assist with revisions, shop drawing support, and project documentation updates

  • Maintain BIM standards and ensure model quality control

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Structural Revit Technician or BIM Technician

  • Strong proficiency in Revit Structure and structural drafting workflows

  • Experience supporting mission critical infrastructure and data center projects (required)

  • Knowledge of structural systems including steel, concrete, and foundation design

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360, or ACC

  • Familiarity with structural analysis coordination workflows

  • Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial facilities
