What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain coordinated structural Revit models

  • Produce drawings: plans, sections, details, schedules, and sheet layouts

  • Incorporate design changes and engineer markups accurately

  • Coordinate with architectural and MEP models to avoid conflicts

  • Maintain Revit/BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and view settings

  • Assist in assembling drawing sets for DD, CD, and permit submissions

  • Support model reviews, clash-checking, and quality control

  • Communicate with engineers and senior staff to ensure design intent is met

  • Help maintain organized project folders, worksets, and file structures


What you’ll need:

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Revit Technician (structural preferred)

  • Strong proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD experience beneficial

  • Solid understanding of structural plans, details, and layout fundamentals

  • Ability to interpret sketches, markups, and engineer instructions

  • Knowledge of BIM workflows, family types, view templates, and sheet setup

  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

  • Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience preferred


Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000 – $125,000 salary range, depending on experience
