The team is hiring a Superintendent with experience in concrete tilt wall who is comfortable coordinating crews, solving problems in real time, and keeping work moving safely and efficiently.
This role supports projects that require travel. If you live locally, you can expect three to four nights per week in a hotel with weekends at home. Full travel coverage is provided.
You will lead field operations for concrete tilt wall work, working closely with project managers and skilled craft labor to deliver consistent results. Success in this role comes from strong communication, solid planning, and the ability to direct self performing crews in fast paced environments.
What you will handle
• Oversee daily field activities for concrete tilt wall work
• Coordinate self performing crews and subcontract partners
• Ensure safety practices are followed at all times
• Read and interpret drawings to plan sequence and layout
• Monitor productivity and quality, addressing issues quickly
• Track progress, document work, and communicate with the project team
• Support scheduling, inspections, and material coordination
