As the senior estimator, you will play a central role in developing competitive bids, detailed takeoffs, and clear scopes for commercial interior projects across the Atlanta region. Medical and healthcare experience is a major advantage due to the firm’s concentration in these sectors. Strong knowledge of the local market and established relationships with subcontractors will be key in helping the company continue its upward trajectory.
What You Will Focus On
• Lead estimating efforts for commercial interiors and medical office building projects
• Develop accurate quantity takeoffs, budgets, and cost studies
• Prepare competitive bids and support negotiated project pricing
• Coordinate closely with project managers, field teams, owners, and design partners
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and maintain strong subcontractor relationships across Atlanta
• Contribute to workflow improvements within the preconstruction group
• Support long range preconstruction strategy as the company grows
What You’ll Need To Succeed
• Seven or more years of estimating experience in commercial interiors
• Medical or healthcare estimating experience is a major plus
• Strong understanding of the Atlanta subcontractor market
• Ability to interpret construction documents and communicate cost impacts clearly
• Interest in developing leadership skills with the long term goal of growing into a VP of Preconstruction role
• Comfortable working full time in office at the Roswell location
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range of 125k to 145k
