What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage a variety of structural engineering projects simultaneously

  • Work with drafting teams to complete full structural designs

  • Maintain accuracy and high drawing standards throughout all project phases

  • Perform project management duties, including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination

  • Attend client meetings and site visits as required

  • Collaborate with architects, owners, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

What You Bring:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina (or relevant state)

  • Strong structural engineering and project management experience

  • Proficiency with Revit® Structure preferred

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for innovative engineering solutions

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering quality work
