What you'll be doing:

• Leading structural design efforts for steel and concrete building projects
• Performing structural analysis, calculations, and technical reporting
• Preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinating with architects and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical development
• Supporting proposals, fee estimates, and project planning efforts
• Reviewing submittals, RFIs, and participating in site visits and construction administration

What we're looking for:

• Active PE license required
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience
• Strong background in steel and concrete design
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with RAM, RISA, RAM Concept, or similar analysis software
• Strong communication and project leadership skills
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
