This Senior Structural Technician opportunity is designed for an experienced Revit/BIM professional who wants to lead complex modeling efforts, mentor junior technicians, and elevate the quality of structural documentation across the office.

You’ll play a central role in design coordination, drawing accuracy, model development, and standardization — all while working closely with engineers and project managers in a highly collaborative environment.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools

  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, materials, and construction methods

  • Experience delivering large-scale, multi-discipline projects

  • Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate across teams

  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • 7–15+ years of structural drafting/BIM experience preferred


Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 – $125,000 base salary, depending on experience
