A leading multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking a Land Development Engineer (PE) based in New Jersey.

Responsibilities
- Support the design and management of civil/site land development projects
- Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, utility, and roadway designs
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and municipal agencies
- Assist with permitting, approvals, and public agency submissions
- Participate in client meetings and municipal board hearings as needed
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, specifications, and construction documents
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and QA/QC processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required in New Jersey
- 4+ years of experience in land development
- Experience with commercial and/or public-sector development projects
- Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, and utility coordination
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
