Responsibilities
- Manage civil site and land development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, and permitting
- Lead project teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
- Oversee technical design, QA/QC, and regulatory coordination
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and project documentation
- Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and review boards
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff development
- Support business development and regional growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 7+ years of civil site/land development experience
- Strong knowledge of site design, stormwater management, utilities, and permitting
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic software
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
