What You’ll Do:

  • Manage projects in land development, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer design, and erosion and sediment control

  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and team assignments

  • Provide vision, guidance, and quality control for all projects

  • Prepare technical proposals and presentations for clients and regulatory boards

  • Lead construction oversight and regulatory coordination

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure overall satisfaction

  • Mentor and support staff development throughout the office

  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow, HydroCAD, PondPack, StormCAD, HEC-RAS, SSA, and Microsoft Office tools for project execution

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • 10+ years of civil/site engineering experience, including residential, commercial, industrial, and/or institutional projects

  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration required

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other site engineering software

  • Knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, utility systems, and permitting processes

  • Construction oversight experience for site work

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Ability to mentor staff and lead in a team-oriented environment
