What You’ll Do:

Manage projects in land development, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer design, and erosion and sediment control

Oversee project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and team assignments

Provide vision, guidance, and quality control for all projects

Prepare technical proposals and presentations for clients and regulatory boards

Lead construction oversight and regulatory coordination

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure overall satisfaction

Mentor and support staff development throughout the office

Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow, HydroCAD, PondPack, StormCAD, HEC-RAS, SSA, and Microsoft Office tools for project execution
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

10+ years of civil/site engineering experience, including residential, commercial, industrial, and/or institutional projects
-
Professional Engineer (PE) registration required
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other site engineering software

Knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, utility systems, and permitting processes

Construction oversight experience for site work

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to mentor staff and lead in a team-oriented environment
