This Structural Engineer in Training (EIT) opportunity puts you at the center of building structure projects of varying size and complexity, providing hands-on experience and mentorship from senior engineers.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality results

Attend project meetings and participate in project coordination tasks

Learn project management fundamentals, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking

Contribute to the preparation of proposals and technical reports
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (BSCE, BAE, or BSAE) or equivalent, with coursework in structural engineering

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required

Proficiency or willingness to learn AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
-
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mentorship-driven environment

Motivation to learn and grow technical and project management skills
