What you’ll be doing:

  • Support structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed systems

  • Assist in developing plans, sections, details, and calculations

  • Build and update structural models using Revit and structural analysis software

  • Perform code research and help prepare design documentation

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal design staff

  • Support construction administration tasks including RFIs, shop drawings, and field observations

  • Participate in quality control processes and internal design reviews

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required)

  • EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months

  • 0–4 years of structural engineering experience

  • Proficiency with Revit Structure (preferred)

  • Familiarity with structural analysis tools (ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, or similar)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn quickly

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits
