You’ll deepen your structural engineering expertise while contributing to some of NYC’s most exciting new-build mid-rise and high-rise projects. From day one, you’ll take on meaningful responsibility across the full project lifecycle, working closely with experienced PE/SE leaders who prioritize mentorship, technical excellence, and long-term career progression.

What You’ll Do

Lead structural design and analysis for mid-rise and high-rise new-build projects across NYC (10–40+ stories)

Produce structural calculations, models, and drawings in concrete and steel using ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, RISA, or similar tools

Coordinate directly with architects, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams

Support DOB submissions, technical reports, and construction-phase reviews

Contribute to internal design standards and help shape how the practice evolves

Receive direct mentorship from senior leadership with clear support toward PE/SE progression
What You’ll Bring

4–7 years of structural engineering experience

Strong foundation in NYC building codes and concrete/steel design

Proficiency with industry-standard analysis and modeling software (Revit preferred)

Experience on new-build structures, ideally mid-rise or high-rise
