What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • 5–10+ years of structural engineering experience

  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit

  • Experience preparing structural calculations and construction documents

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience with structural analysis tools such as RAM, RISA, and ENERCALC

  • Prior experience reviewing and mentoring junior engineers
