What you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

Active Professional Engineer (PE) license

5–10+ years of structural engineering experience

Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit

Experience preparing structural calculations and construction documents

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
Preferred (but not required):

Experience with structural analysis tools such as RAM, RISA, and ENERCALC

Prior experience reviewing and mentoring junior engineers
