Structural Project Engineer

The Role

We’re seeking a Project Engineer with a passion for building structures and a desire to take ownership of projects from concept through construction.

You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment alongside architects, planners, and engineers, contributing to a wide range of building projects across multiple market sectors. This is a hands-on design role with real client exposure and growing responsibility.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform structural analysis and design for building projects of varying size and complexity

  • Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and analytical models

  • Develop technical reports and client correspondence

  • Provide construction administration support including review of shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals

  • Attend internal coordination meetings and external client/design team meetings

  • Conduct occasional site visits, field inspections, and investigations

  • Support production efforts through Revit modeling and BIM coordination


What You Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years of structural engineering experience (building structures focus)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

  • EIT certification and actively tracking toward PE/SE licensure

  • Strong knowledge of IBC and industry standards including ASCE, AISC, and ACI

  • Proficiency with structural software such as RAM, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE, and Revit

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • A proactive mindset with the drive to take on new challenges
