The Role
We’re seeking a Project Engineer with a passion for building structures and a desire to take ownership of projects from concept through construction.
You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment alongside architects, planners, and engineers, contributing to a wide range of building projects across multiple market sectors. This is a hands-on design role with real client exposure and growing responsibility.
What You’ll Do

Perform structural analysis and design for building projects of varying size and complexity

Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and analytical models

Develop technical reports and client correspondence

Provide construction administration support including review of shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals

Attend internal coordination meetings and external client/design team meetings

Conduct occasional site visits, field inspections, and investigations

Support production efforts through Revit modeling and BIM coordination
What You Bring

Minimum 3+ years of structural engineering experience (building structures focus)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

EIT certification and actively tracking toward PE/SE licensure

Strong knowledge of IBC and industry standards including ASCE, AISC, and ACI

Proficiency with structural software such as RAM, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE, and Revit

Strong organizational and planning skills
