Superintendent (ground-up)

We are looking for Superintendents with ground-up commercial work, across S FL! 

Required

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial, warehouse,  or  retail projects
• Strong knowledge of site development, concrete construction, and structural systems.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.

Preferred

• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Demonstrated experience managing tilt-wall construction projects a huge plus 
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
