Superintendent – Tenant Improvement (TI) Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong Tenant Improvement (TI) background to oversee multiple commercial renovation and interior build-out projects throughout South Florida.
This position is ideal for a hands-on field leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple subcontractors effectively, and has a proven track record delivering commercial TI projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Current and upcoming projects range from 1,600 to 10,000+ square feet, with opportunities to work on both interior renovations and ground-up construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day field operations for commercial TI and renovation projects.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Maintain project schedules and drive timely completion of milestones.
- Ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct daily site walks and proactively identify potential issues.
- Lead jobsite safety efforts and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Communicate project progress, schedule updates, and field issues to Project Managers and leadership teams

Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
- Strong Tenant Improvement (TI) and interior renovation experience.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong scheduling, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Ground-up commercial construction experience.
- Tilt-wall construction experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
