Superintendent – Tenant Improvement (TI) Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong Tenant Improvement (TI) background to oversee multiple commercial renovation and interior build-out projects throughout South Florida.

This position is ideal for a hands-on field leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple subcontractors effectively, and has a proven track record delivering commercial TI projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Current and upcoming projects range from 1,600 to 10,000+ square feet, with opportunities to work on both interior renovations and ground-up construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day field operations for commercial TI and renovation projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain project schedules and drive timely completion of milestones.
  • Ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct daily site walks and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Lead jobsite safety efforts and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain project documentation.
  • Communicate project progress, schedule updates, and field issues to Project Managers and leadership teams

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong Tenant Improvement (TI) and interior renovation experience.
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong scheduling, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

  • Ground-up commercial construction experience.
  • Tilt-wall construction experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
