We’re looking for a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in water and wastewater construction to lead field operations on projects including treatment plants, pump stations, and heavy civil infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating crews, managing complex schedules, and delivering high-quality results safely and efficiently. Only candidates with direct water/wastewater experience will be considered for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily field operations on water and wastewater projects
- Manage self-perform crews and coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Work closely with project management and engineering teams to achieve project goals
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in water or wastewater construction
- Hands-on experience with heavy civil or municipal infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish
