Hiring Needs: Superintendent and Sr. Supers
- Orlando Based - no travel
- 5+ years’ experience out of college w a general contractor
- has experience in ground up commercial projects, as opposed to only renovation/remodeling
- experience with concrete, steel, and sitework is helpful, tilt-wall experience preferred
- average project exposure should be 10M to 30M on average
- Understands the basic processes of submittals, RFI’s, change orders, etc.
- this is for a commercial/industrial contractor with multiple office locations
- must have proven experience running projects from breaking ground to completion
